Return Policy

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) received the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days — by email at info@veronacosmetics.bg or by phone at +359 899 126 033 — quoting your order number and the items you are returning. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.

Items that cannot be returned

For the hygiene and health of all our customers, opened perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the protective seal has been broken after delivery. This is in line with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Custom-made or clearly personalised items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Condition of returned goods

To be accepted, an item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with the protective seal intact, in its original packaging, and with all labels and accompanying documents (receipt/invoice).

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at info@veronacosmetics.bg or +359 899 126 033 within 14 days to request the return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it via Econt to: Verona Cosmetics, „Gorotsvetna“ str. 54, Kyustendil 2500, Bulgaria.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning an item under a change-of-mind withdrawal is borne by the customer. Only when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect does Verona Cosmetics cover the return and re-delivery cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue any refund due within 14 days.

  • Paid by card → refunded to the same card.
  • Paid by cash on delivery → refunded by bank transfer to an IBAN you provide.

Original delivery charges are refunded when you withdraw from the whole order (except any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one).

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including delivery and return costs — at our expense.
